Successful destination tourist regions add entertainment product as the guest visitation increases. With Legoland Malaysia registering over 2 million visitors since its opening in late 2012 and with annual tourist visits to Johor growing exponentially, we feel now is an appropriate time to add more themepark product into the Iskandar entertainment marketplace. Our sense is that Iskandar will be known as a region of themeparks with relationships based on Health and Wellness, Education and Ecology.
Specific attention should be paid to the enhancement of Malaysia's Biodiversity Hub status. Our Tourism/Hospitality experience dates back to 1990 with the opening of the Universal Studios Themepark in Florida, and more recently with world renown equestrian projects under the auspices of the Stronach Group. Today our affiliated Producers, Creative Directors, Architects, Project and Construction Managers are working on entertainment projects worldwide in North America, Europe and SE Asia. |
